The Active Roller is ideal to loosen any knots that can be found in the gluteus maximus (backside) and can also help alleviate lower back pain.
This short and easy-to-do workout can really help free you up before or after exercise.
Tom covers a few simple techniques beginning on the right hand side before moving over to the left.
The crossing-leg motion helps the roller focus in on traditionally troublesome areas.
Ideally, somewhere between 30 to 60 seconds would give the roller time to do its job.
Tom advises anyone to stay longer on any tight areas they may be working on.
