Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please make sure you give 24 hours notice, otherwise, you will be charged the full rate of the treatment session at Function Jigsaw’s discretion. Similarly, if you fail to attend without any notice you will be charged.

Please note, if your treatment is covered by private health insurance or medico-legal companies, these charges may not be covered and you may be liable for the costs.

Credit Policy

Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The credit value is non-transferable and will not be refunded – if you finish your course with any surplus credits remaining, these can be put towards another service and the outstanding balance paid for by cash or card payment. Likewise, if you wish to purchase an additional bundle of credits, the outstanding credits will be added onto your total. If you wish to transfer any credit balance to another client, we will honour this with written consent.

Deposit Scheme

We are committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of our clients during the cost of living crisis. We have taken the decision to keep our prices exactly the same as before, but in order for us to do this, we need to introduce a deposit scheme for appointments.

*Terms and conditions apply – the scheme does not apply to personal training sessions, nor insurance claim appointments.
