AN ACTIVE HUB FOR RECOVERY AND FITNESS

Welcome to Function Jigsaw

We aim to put the world’s best practice in place to solve your function puzzle.

We encompass a wide range of disciplines to give our clients the best suggested recovery and improvement program for sports injury and weakness. Return to performance, performance improvement, and aiding function requires a sum of parts to solve the puzzle.

Each individual puzzle requires a different strategy depending on the final outcome requirements. Let us create your jigsaw for recovery and athletic enhancement. This may involve sports therapy, sports rehabilitation, sports massage or sports physiotherapy to return you to peak performance.

Please use the Cliniko Form below to book your required treatment at the site that works best for you:

Inner Alchemy

NEXT COURSE: Saturday 28th October 2023

Also at Burrough Court are our friends at Inner Alchemy who specialise in the Wim Hof Method and provide a fantastic workshop focusing on:

  • Breathing Technique
  • Cold Exposure
  • Commitment

Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about— a WHM workshop offers something for everyone.

This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, they advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.

Testimonial

“One of the Tigers lads said to go and see Jules after months of talking to doctors and surgeons and not really getting anywhere. Two weeks later, I was running and I’ve never had a problem since – boom. I never missed another training session, nevermind another game. It’s not an over exaggeration to say she probably prolonged my playing career and almost resurrected it at that point.”
