We are offering a one-off FREE taster session on Friday 19th January 2018 at 6pm.
Our Yoga Rehab Sessions will then be running on a fortnightly basis from then on from Friday 2nd February at 6pm.
These will be held at our Wigston Clinic on a Friday PM 6-7pm.

At Function Jigsaw a number of our clients injuries are primarily caused from reduced range of movement due to poor mobility and flexibility through the body. It is often recommended from our therapists, to clients to participate in local Yoga classes to help improve these elements and have a focus on mobility in their weekly physical activity.
Whether you are a rugby player, gymnast, gym-goer, weekend warrior or a runner, the body’s mobility and recovery is one of the biggest elements to your performance.
We will be offering small group classes with an emphasis on correct alignment and breathing techniques, introducing you to a new, interesting and fun way to look after your body.
We believe that Yoga Rehab can be effective in reducing the risk of injury, maintaining good body form and used as a good strength and body conditioning exercise.
The classes will involve a mixture of gentle stretching, movement and an insight into Yoga with huge room for progressions on a fortnightly basis.
The fundamentals of Yoga are taking time to work into the positions on a level that is suitable for you while offering you the opportunity of improving both your strength, balance and flexibility. Classes will compromise reclined and seated exercises to warm up the body, before moving into and holding Yoga positions.

This opportunity at Function Jigsaw will be perfect for the beginners and suitable for anyone looking to learn or revisit Yoga. The emphasis of these classes is on the teaching of connection between the breath, the mind and the body. For those who have been practising Yoga for a while there will be opportunities to move upwards towards freer flowing classes using the experience and knowledge you have gained here at FJ.
The class will be led by a professional and very experienced Yoga teacher; Rich Harrison. Qualified Yoga Aliance teacher, Level 3, Advanced Exercise and Fitness Instructor and qualifications in Philosophy & Fundamentals of Yoga, Sun Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
You will be required to provide your own Yoga Mat, however there will be Yoga Mats available to buy at Function Jigsaw if needed at £15 each.
