Function Jigsaw will be exclusive providers of massage, sports taping and injury management to the Survive 12 endurance event in Northamptonshire in November.
Hosted by the Just Racing UK team, Survive 12 is a new off-road endurance running event arriving on November 19 and taking place in the stunning Jurassic Irchester Country Park.
The aim of the event is to run as many five-mile laps as you can within the 12-hour period.
Function Jigsaw will be on hand to ease any aching limbs along the way.
The route will be of varied terrain incorporating lots of mud and hills providing a real challenge for competitors.
Experienced endurance junkies can take part individually or as a pair. While for those looking for a fun and social team event, why not get your friends involved and enter as a team of three or four.
Function Jigsaw will be based in the 12-hour ‘survival village’ which also includes a heated marquee and hot food and drink, making it the perfect hub for team members between laps and for individuals and pairs to rest with their support crew.
Race Director at event organisers Just Racing UK, Alan Rose, said he was excited about launching a new event.
“Survive 12 will suit a mixture of abilities. For those taking part as a team of three or four, each member can run as little or as many laps as they like within the 12-hour period,” he added.
“We have also made the course challenging enough to keep the more experienced runners happy.”
